Rather than charge you for an item you will use once, we keep the following at the front desk at no cost, available at any hour:
- Hair dryers and irons with ironing boards
- Extra pillows, blankets and towels
- Phone and USB charging cables
- Basic toiletries you forgot to pack
- Luggage carts
- Local directions, restaurant recommendations and printed maps
If we do not have it, we will tell you where on Route 66 to get it.

What we do not have
We would rather tell you now than have you find out at check-in. Solano Inn does not have a pool, a fitness center, an on-site restaurant, room service or an elevator. If any of those matter for your trip, we would rather you know before you book than be disappointed when you arrive.
What we do have is a clean room, a quiet lot, free parking at your door and someone at the desk at three in the morning.
